Digital Education and Memberships
Payments for trading classes, the ten-class curriculum, Academy memberships, digital books, and digital resources are generally non-refundable once access, delivery, or a scheduled session has begun.
Scheduled Sessions
Rescheduling may be available when requested at least 24 hours before the session. A missed session or late cancellation may be counted as used.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact stackmodechris@gmail.com promptly with the transaction details. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges according to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Trading Risk
Refund eligibility does not depend on trading results. Stackmode does not guarantee profits, income, performance, or independent trading success.
