These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Rescheduling Policy

Life happens — rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled session. To reschedule, contact me directly at Stackmodechris@gmail.com or via the booking confirmation link. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session will be forfeited and counted as a completed session. No-shows without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

13. Session Expiration

All 10 sessions must be completed within 6 months of the original purchase date. Sessions do not roll over or extend beyond this window.

Requirements: Be seated at a desk with minimal distractions. Have your website URL and social media handles ready before the call begins. Mobile-only participation is not recommended — a laptop or desktop is required for screen sharing.

18. No-Show Policy

Out of respect for the time reserved exclusively for you, no-shows without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session. To reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation or contact Stackmodechris@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may result in being removed from future booking availability.

19. Brand Boost Audit Disclaimers

Nature of the Audit: The Brand Boost audit is a complimentary consultation and educational review only. Feedback and recommendations provided during this call represent the professional opinion of Stackmodechris and Stackmode Network based on general brand and web design principles. Nothing discussed on this call constitutes a legally binding proposal, contract, or guarantee of results.

No Guarantee of Results: Stackmodechris and Stackmode Network make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, client acquisition, or improvements in online performance resulting from any feedback, recommendations, or services discussed during or after this call.
