1. Agreement to Terms
By using Stackmode Network LLC services, trading education, market tools, Academy resources, or published content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational Purpose
Stackmode provides educational information about stocks, stock options, futures, forex, crypto, memecoins, market structure, risk management, and trading process. Content is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of the capital you risk. Past results, examples, screenshots, and testimonials do not predict future performance.
Stackmode does not guarantee income, profits, accuracy of a setup, or any particular trading outcome. You are solely responsible for your decisions, account, position size, and risk.
4. Accounts and Use
- Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.
- Use the platform lawfully and do not copy, resell, or redistribute paid material.
- Do not use Stackmode content to misrepresent performance or provide unauthorized financial services.
- Follow applicable broker, exchange, and jurisdictional rules.
5. Payments, Sessions, and Memberships
Prices and access terms are shown at checkout. A one-hour trading class is currently $50, the ten-class curriculum is currently $450, and Academy membership is currently $50 per month. Schedule changes require at least 24 hours notice when stated in the booking confirmation.
Refund terms are described in the No Refund Policy. Access may be suspended for abuse, chargebacks, credential sharing, or violations of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Stackmode owns or licenses its lessons, writing, graphics, videos, tools, and other materials. You may use them for personal education only unless Stackmode gives written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackmode Network LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, interruptions, indirect damages, or decisions made from educational content or tools.
